Accommodation Policy
1、Single room for one guest; twin room priced per person for two guests. Max 2 adults per room, no triple room available.
2、Twin beds as standard; no extra bed. Queen bed not guaranteed. Extended stay hotels may differ from group hotels.
3、2 adults + 1 child (under 11): free triple room upgrade, child without bed with 10% discount. 2 adults + 2 children require 2 rooms.
4、Check-in: around 15:00; Check-out: around 10:00. Continental breakfast included (coffee/tea, juice, bread, jam).
5、European hotels with smaller rooms & simple amenities. Personal toiletries are required. Some hotels have no air conditioning due to local environmental regulations.
6、Hotel rates subject to peak season surcharge, final price prevailing.
General Notice
1、Infant counts as one passenger. Baby seat needs prior confirmation.
2、Mandatory & optional items to be paid locally. Valid passport and visa are required.
Pre & Post Tour Hotel
1、Extra 1-night hotel available before and after the tour. Local city tax to be paid on site. No room sharing service.
2、Early check-in is not allowed. Luggage storage available before 15:00 check-in.
3、Tour guide will transfer guests to post-tour hotel, and inform next-day transfer details.
Airport Transfer Terms
1、Group transfer only between airport and group hotel.
2、Please confirm correct name and roaming phone number.
3、Driver arrives 30 minutes after flight landing.
4、Notify customer service for flight changes. Fee non-refundable if adjustment fails.
5、Free waiting time: 90 minutes after arrival. Extra charge for additional pickup.
6、Drop-off arranged 4 hours before departure. Agency bears no liability for delay caused by traffic or force majeure.

1. [Hotel]: Local standard 4-star hotels with a Booking rating of 7.5 and above. Twin room based on two guests per room, for a total of 4 nights.

3. [Taxes & Fees]: All on-tour charges including tourist city tax, city entry fee, accommodation tax, meal allowances for driver and guide, and all kinds of tourism-related taxes.
4. [Transportation]: 5-seater sedan for 1-2 passengers;7-9-seater Mercedes luxury van for 3-6 passengers.
5. [Tour Guide Service]: Full-time Chinese-speaking driver-guide service with service tips included.Services cover hotel-to-scenic-spot transfers, inter-city transportation, local travel introduction and restaurant recommendations.Guests explore scenic spots on their own after arrival; the staff will wait outside the attraction for your return. Thank you for your understanding.
6. [Luggage Allowance]: 1 checked baggage up to 23KG plus 1 piece of carry-on luggage per guest.
7. [Entrance Tickets & Included Rides]: Included first-entry tickets and transportation: GoldenPass Line 2nd Class seat, Tasch-Zermatt round-trip train ticket, Chillon Castle admission.All other attractions are free open sites, exterior viewing only, or optional at guests’own expense.

Expenses Not Included
1、Round-trip airfare, train tickets and all personal transportation fees.
2、International air tickets, excess baggage and overweight baggage fees charged by airlines.
3、Tips: €8 / £8 per person per day for local guide and driver. Extra transfer fee in cash for guests using complimentary airport pickup & drop-off (child same rate as adult).
4、Entrance tickets, island ferry tickets and optional extra activities. Pre-booking is recommended for popular attractions.
5、City entry tax & accommodation tax, to be paid in cash to tour guide on board (amount varies by route).
6、Personal expenses: lunch & dinner (excluding complimentary or pre-included meals), in-room drinks, phone, laundry, compensation for damages and other personal charges.
7、Travel insurance, passport and visa application fees.
8、Extra expenses caused by force majeure such as strike, traffic delay and other uncontrollable factors.
9、Mandatory fees stated in the itinerary must be paid upon booking or tour departure.
10、Any other expenses not listed in the inclusions.
Baggage Regulation
1、Limited luggage space on coach.Each passenger is allowed one checked baggage only (max 30kg, total linear dimensions within 158cm).Extra baggage may be refused by the driver. If space is available, an extra handling fee of €5 per baggage per day will be charged.

1.Changes of Lines
(1)If you need to change your line more than 10 days before departure, a change fee may be imposed at the company’s discretion and no guarantee will be offered for a successful change.
(2)We do not accept to change your line within 10 days before departure.
(3)When the total fee for the new order is less than the original one, a change fee of 20% of the original fee will be charged.
(4)When the total fee for the new order is more than the original one, a change fee of 15% of the original fee will be charged.
2. Cancellation due to personal reasons, the tour expenses incurred shall be paid according to the following criteria:
(1) 19+ days before departure: both parties can make any adjustment to advance or postpone the departure without any deduction in fees;
(2) 11-18 days before departure: 60% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(3) 0-11 days before departure: 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
If the deduction under this policy is less than the actual costs, guests should pay according to the actual costs, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total tour fee.
(4) If guests decide to cancel the changed itinerary, the cancellation term should be based on the original departure date.
3.Refund Policy
(1) In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather, war, strikes, earthquakes), we will refund the unhappened expenses according to the travel agency agreement. However, fees for gift items will not be refunded.
(2) Since accommodation and transportation are bundled services, if some projects are missed due to your own reasons, they will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and you will not be refunded any fee from our company. We appreciate your understanding.
