No, you don't need to confirm with us. The entire transaction is done online, just like how you complete your purchase on Amazon or EBay. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send an E-Voucher to your email within 3-4 business days. You can also login to "My Account" to check booking status.

Yes. Any changes or cancellation can be made by making notes in the “Additional Comments/Notes”section under“My Orders”, or by sending an email to email@example.com. We will process your cancellation/refund request, and refund will be mailed to you in the form of bank check within 7-10 business days.For any changes (date, departure location, tour, etc.) made on a reservation 7 days or more prior to departure date, the reservation is subject to a $50.00 amendment fee per change and any other price difference. Cancellation fee will go into effect once you submit your reservation. No change/cancellation can be made within 7days prior to departure date. No refund shall be given for unattended tours due to personal reasons such as lack of travel documents, showing up late, illness etc.

Starting Price is based on price per customer when group of four customers staying in one double room per night, which is the lowest price for each customer.
