Questions of Booking
+-   How to book with Usitour.com?

You can book with Usitour.com online, through email, as well as by calling our travel consultants.We recommend you to call us in advance to confirm the availability if you plan to book west coast or Yellowstone National Park tour packages. We accept paying with credit card and PayPal, as well as Bank wire transfer andchecks. For customers from Mainland China, you can also pay with Alipay. We also accept Bank wire transfer in China.

+-   What is the reservation process? How long does it take to confirm my reservation?

(a) Once you have completed the payment using credit card or PayPal, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is proof of your payment, and not your voucher.Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send a confirmation letter or an E-Voucher to your email (usually take 1-4 business days). The E-Voucher will include all the tour related information, please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.

(b) If you submit your order online using bank transfer or cash/check, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via e-mail. Please complete your payment as instructed. Once payment has been confirmed, we will immediately send a confirmation letter or an E-Voucher to your email (usually take 1-4 business days). The E-Voucher will include all the tour related information, please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.

+-   Do I have to contact you to confirm my reservation?

No, you don't need to confirm with us. The entire transaction is done online, just like how you complete your purchase on Amazon or EBay. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send an E-Voucher to your email within 3-4 business days. You can also login to "My Account" to check booking status.

+-   What if I didn't receive the E-Voucher after completing my reservation?

If you didn't receive your E-Voucher within 3-4 business days after completing you reservation, please contact us by email:service@usitour.com, by customer service hotline: 1-626-898-7658.

+-   How can I check my order status?

After all the required/requested information has been received, your E-Voucher will be delivered to your e-mail address to check your order status. You may also access your E-Voucher by logging into your accountto see your previous orders and click the "E-Voucher" button.

+-   Can I change or cancel my reservation after I submit it online?

Yes. Any changes or cancellation can be made by making notes in the “Additional Comments/Notes”section under“My Orders”, or by sending an email to service@usitour.com. We will process your cancellation/refund request, and refund will be mailed to you in the form of bank check within 7-10 business days.For any changes (date, departure location, tour, etc.) made on a reservation 7 days or more prior to departure date, the reservation is subject to a $50.00 amendment fee per change and any other price difference. Cancellation fee will go into effect once you submit your reservation. No change/cancellation can be made within 7days prior to departure date. No refund shall be given for unattended tours due to personal reasons such as lack of travel documents, showing up late, illness etc.

+-   Can I make reservations for others?

Yes. Please make sure to provide correct information of traveler(s) such as name and gender to avoid any inconvenience during check-ins.

+-   I am afraid that I may have accidentally duplicated my reservation?

Please immediately send us an email at service@usitour.com or contact our customer service by phone. We will void the duplicated reservation for you as long as it has been confirmed.

+-   How can I book if the travel page is under maintaining?

This situation may be caused by data uploading within the system. We suggest you try later as the process shall not take longer than 24 hours. Meanwhile, please feel free to make reservations by calling our customer service hotline.

+-   How long in advance should I make reservations for vacation packages?

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. We then can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. In general, US& Canada vacation packages should be booked 45 days in advance. If you have already obtained US/Canada tourism visa(s), you then can book your packages 30 days in advance.

+-   What is Starting Price?

Starting Price is based on price per customer when group of four customers staying in one double room per night, which is the lowest price for each customer.

+-   Can I book air ticket for my trip after made the payment?

We recommend you to book air tickets after receiving "Confirmation Form" and "E-Voucher". After book your air tickets, please be sure to log in to your account and fulfill the flight informationin order for us to arrange airport transportation service (if included in your package) 5 days prior to tour departure date. We cannotguarantee the airport transportation service if we don’t received your updated flight information in time. Please confirm your flight with the airline company the day before. If any changes, please inform our airport transportation service provider. Usitour.com cannotguarantee airport pick-up service for any changed/delayed/canceled flights.

+-   What types of payment does www.usitour.com accept?

We accept cash, credit card, bank wire transfer, PayPal, money order/check etc. Credit card will be paid through PayPal platform and no need to set up PayPal account. Any refund will be made in the same currency and with the same payment method as used to purchase the product. Bank transaction fees will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

+-   Can I pay with credit card issued by bank outside the U.S?

Yes, you can. Please be sure that you use a dual-currency credit card, and you have activated online purchase on U.S. websites.

+-   What are the possible reasons for my credit card declining?

A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, daily limit, insufficient funds, home address used instead of billing address or many other reasons. Sometimes banks put a limit or a restriction on a credit card charge. In this case, you may need to contact your credit card company for more information. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Please check online to make sure the available credit card information is correct.

+-   Is travel insurance included in the tour package? What kind of travel insurance do you provide?

All deluxe coach included in your tour package are insured with 5 million commercial vehicle insurance. Travel insurance is always a good idea to have when you plan travel and go on tours. Please refer to travelinsure.com for more information.

+-   Are all tour operated by Usitour.com itself?

Your tour packages shall be operated by authorized local tour operators. Each localoperator has over 10 years experiment in providing travel service and is carefully selected by travel expert of SUitrip.com.

+-   How to make compliments and complains?

Usitour.com respects and values your opinions! If you want to make any compliment and complain, please contact us at 626-898-7800.

+-   Will I receive invoice/receiptafter making payment?

UnitedstarsInternational Ltd. is a legitimate company registered in the U.S. We can provide one invoice/receipt per order upon request.

Questions of Tours
+-   Where should I wait at after arriving at the airport? What if my flight delayed?

For customers taking domestic flight within the U.S, please wait at the Baggage Claim; for customers taking international flights, please wait at the exit gate. For any flight change/delay, please contact our office or emergency contact number listed on your E-voucher to see if another pick-up time with or without additional charge could be arranged. Service fee for airport transportation service will not be refund.

+-   What if I get to the meeting point late?

To ensure interests of all customers, tours willdepart on time. We highly recommend you to arrive at designate meeting point five minutes earlier.

+-   Who might be unsuited to join the tours?

We do not recommend children under 2 years old or people with severe disease/disability to join the tours, as most of our tour guides have not received any professional training.

+-   What travel documents should I bring with?

Identification issued by the government such as valid passport or driver’s license is required.

+-   Are meals included?

Meals are usually not included in the total tour package price and will have to be paid for through the course of the tour. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout.Tour guides will provide you lunch or dinner options and average price for meals is about $10-$15. Please prepare cash for meals as most of restaurants do not accept credit card.

+-   Are attractions tickets included in the total tour package price?

Unless specified in tour description, attractions tickets and optional tours are not included in thetotal tour package price. Please refer to the tour web page for the "Package Includes" and "Package Excludes" sections for more details.

+-   What’s the suggested gratuity?

we suggested $8 per person per day for guide and driver. For more detailed info, please refer to the specific tour page.

+-   Can I smoke in the hotel room?

For all our guests comfort, we only book non-smoking rooms for all tour packages. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and will be charge penalty. If you wish to switch to smoking room, please contact hotel front desk at your own.

+-   What if I don’t have a valid email?

Usitour.com requires you to log in your account using email address and use it as your preferred means of contact. We recommend you to create your own email on Yahoo, Google or other websites.

+-   What if I forgot my password?

Please submit “forgot password”, and we will email you the new password to the email address associate with your account.

+-   If I changed my phone number, how can I update on my profile?

After log in our site, you can update your contact info under "My Account", or notify our customer representative via phone or online chat.

+-   Is your website safe?

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology with 128-bit encryption to secure your sensitive information when our registration/reservation form requires. Our site is using the online security technology and measures such as firewall to protect our server. In addition, our site does not store your payment information such as credit card number.
