【Travel Notes】
• Gratuities for the tour guide and driver, as well as fees for any optional activities not included in the tour price, must be paid in cash. Please budget for these expenses in advance.
• From April to May and in October each year, some attractions in Yellowstone National Park may remain closed due to weather conditions or road maintenance. This may affect the tour itinerary and visiting order. We will do our best to minimize inconvenience by adjusting the schedule, extending stay times, or arranging alternative attractions. The final arrangement will be announced by the tour guide on site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Yellowstone tours are one of our most popular summer routes, and many departures sell out very quickly. To ensure your travel plans go smoothly, we strongly recommend booking 1–2 months in advance. Thank you for your interest and support!

• For all one-day tours: No refund of the tour fee if the booking is cancelled.
• Cancellation or modification more than 33 days before departure: 35% of the tour fee will be charged as a penalty.

【Booking Information】
•When making a reservation, please provide accurate and complete information, including full name, gender, contact details, and exact flight information or pickup location. Incorrect information may cause booking errors and affect your travel. Any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you will be your own responsibility.
•All minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted on this tour. For safety reasons, we do not recommend that pregnant women join small-group shared tours.
•To ensure vehicle safety, maintain service quality, and monitor guide performance, our company installs interior and exterior dashcams on all operating vehicles and equips guides with body cameras. By presenting your tour confirmation, you consent to the collection of video recordings inside and outside the vehicle.
•After payment is completed, we will send your tour voucher to the email address you provided within 1–3 business days before departure. In the event that a product sells out during peak season, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or change the itinerary.
•For Yellowstone National Park tours, the airport pickup guide and the on-tour guide may be different staff members who will coordinate with each other. Thank you for your understanding.
【Special Reminders】
•We cannot guarantee specific room types for any hotel listed in the itinerary. For triple or quadruple occupancy, we will try our best to arrange rooms with two beds, but we cannot guarantee success. If an extra bed is required, please inquire directly with the hotel front desk. Charges apply and are paid by the guest, subject to the hotel’s policy.
•Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum legal occupancy per room is 2–4 people (including adults and children). Each hotel has its own deposit policy (usually processed via credit card). Guests must cooperate with the hotel’s requirements at check-in. We guarantee the number of rooms but cannot guarantee specific room types or locations. Standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM.
•A security deposit is required at check-in. Each group must present a valid credit or debit card that can be used in the destination. The deposit amount and method are subject to the hotel’s policy. If there are no additional charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original card: 7–14 business days for U.S. cards and 14–21 business days for international cards. Actual processing time may vary depending on the bank. We are not responsible for chasing deposits but can assist with inquiries regarding the hotel’s processing status.
•Smoking and the use of portable cooking devices (e.g., hot pots) are strictly prohibited in U.S. hotels. Violators will be fined $200–250 and may face legal liability.
•We do not accept guests bringing their own national park annual passes or attraction tickets. If you bring your own tickets, we will not provide transportation services for that day. You will need to arrange your own transportation.
•If Yellowstone National Park is partially or fully closed due to weather, road maintenance, or other official reasons, the guide has the right to adjust the itinerary and visiting order based on actual conditions. We will try to visit as many open areas as possible. The tour price remains unchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
•During the trip, the guide or driver may adjust the visiting order, stay time, or meeting time according to weather, traffic, or other circumstances to ensure the tour runs smoothly. If any attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.), the guide will arrange an exterior view or substitute attraction to keep the itinerary enjoyable. Opening hours and crowd-control measures at attractions and national parks can change without notice. Any impact on the itinerary due to force majeure will not result in a refund.
•In the event of natural disasters, strikes, road conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or hotels to ensure guest safety. No refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any delays in airport/train pickup caused by force majeure, nor for any resulting inconvenience, flight changes, or additional expenses incurred by guests.
•Please take good care of your luggage during the trip. If luggage is lost at the hotel or during sightseeing, please secure the scene and report it to the police immediately. Our guide will assist with the police investigation. To avoid affecting other guests, the guide will not accompany you for follow-up issues. Any related costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing travel property insurance before departure.
•Our company is not liable for damage to or loss of luggage, handbags, or personal belongings. We recommend purchasing personal overseas travel insurance if needed.
•If you are traveling with children under 8 years old, please inform our customer service at the time of booking and provide the child’s age so we can prepare a child safety seat ($20 per use). Failure to provide this information may cause delays until a seat is obtained. Any resulting delay costs or losses (including child seat rental, fines for non-compliance with child safety laws, driver’s license points/demerits, or complaints) will be borne by the guest.
•On the day of the tour, please pay all gratuities and attraction admission fees in cash to the guide. No refund of gratuities will be given for early departure.
•We recommend that you book your flights only after receiving the confirmed e-ticket. After booking your flights, please return to www.usitour.com, log into “My Account,” and update your flight information so the guide can arrange pickup.
【Travel Tips】
•During peak season, due to limited hotel room availability, we may arrange alternative hotels of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
•Gratuities for the driver/guide and fees for optional activities not included in the tour price will be collected in cash. Please include these expenses in your travel budget before joining the tour.
•For tours with designated pickup points, we will wait a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the coach and will not be able to join the tour. In such cases, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.
•After payment, please ensure the contact information provided in your booking remains active so we can update you promptly. If your contact details change before the tour, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses caused by inability to reach you using the provided contact information.
•Tour prices may fluctuate during peak season or holidays due to hotel rate changes. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
•After receiving your tour voucher, please read it carefully, print a copy or save the electronic version, and present it to the guide when joining the tour.
•If you need to book transportation (flights, cruises, buses, etc.) or make other personal travel arrangements, please do so only after receiving our confirmed tour voucher. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or losses caused by arrangements made before the tour is confirmed (e.g., sold out).
•In the event of force majeure such as severe weather, war, or strikes that prevent sightseeing, we will prioritize guest safety and reserve the right to cancel or modify part or all of the itinerary. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses (including transportation, accommodation, or other expenses). No refund of the tour fee will be issued.
•If you or your agent cancel or fail to participate in any part of the tour on the day of departure or during the trip for personal reasons (e.g., missing documents, lateness, illness, accident), the paid tour fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No alternative compensation will be provided.
•All our vehicles are insured. However, given the possibility of unforeseen events during the trip, we are not liable for any direct or indirect claims related to accidents. We strongly recommend purchasing commercial travel accident insurance to protect your rights.
•The tour is designed primarily for independent adults. We do not recommend participation by infants under 2 years old, seniors over 75, or pregnant women. If you still choose to join, you assume all risks and responsibilities. Seniors over 75 must provide a signed liability waiver (scanned or original) from themselves and at least one immediate family member before confirmation. Any medical emergencies during the tour are not the responsibility of our company.
•Some attractions may be closed on holidays (e.g., Christmas), for maintenance, or due to natural disasters. Whether the tour can proceed will be determined by the guide on the day. We assume no responsibility.
•The tour may use different types of coaches or change vehicles and guides during the trip (this will not affect your sightseeing experience). We reserve all rights to explain such arrangements.
•The itinerary order may be adjusted based on your actual departure date. You may check the exact order with the guide on tour or contact us again before departure to confirm. If you need to leave the tour midway in any city, please confirm the arrangement with us by email or phone in advance. We are not responsible for any missed flights caused by itinerary changes if you do not confirm in advance.
【Driver Working Hours】
•The driver's normal working hours are 10 hours per day (calculated from the scheduled meeting time). No overtime fee will be charged for normal itinerary execution.
•If extra attractions or longer stops are requested by guests, causing the driver to exceed normal hours, the requesting guests (or all guests on the coach) will be responsible for the overtime fee. If the delay is caused by guest lateness, the late guest(s) will bear the cost.
•Overtime charge: $120 per hour (any fraction of an hour counts as a full hour).
•Gratuities are calculated from the first day of service. No refund of gratuities will be given for early departure.
