Summary of the Day:In the morning, we will depart from Frankfurt and cross into Czech Republic in the afternoon. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Land of Spas - Karlovy Vary, where you can see ubiquitous springs and splendid Baroque building. It was built by King Charles IV of Bohemia in 1370. As the most famous and biggest Spa Resort in Czech Republic, you will not only have the chance to admire exquisite buildings, but also savor the mineral water with therapeutic magic. After that, we will head to the capital of Czech Republic. At sunset, we will arrive at one of the most ancient cities in Eastern Europe - Prague, a beautiful medieval treasure nestling along the Vltava River. Day 2:Prague - Bratislava [Thu/Tue] -
Summary of the Day:In the morning, we will travel to president house and municipal building - the medieval Karlstejn Castle, which was the spectacular imperial garden in the past. The nearby St. Vitus Cathedral was built at the beginning of 10th century, witnessing the vicissitude of Prague. Next, we will head to famous Golden Lane, where numerous goldsmiths gathered together to produce exquisite golden jewelries in the past. Along the way, we will pass the Vltava River through the Charles Bridge and arrive at the old municipal center. On the top of Prague Clock Tower, there are Astronomical Clock and Portraits of the Twelve Apostles, which accurately manifest the Astronomical Calendar. In the morning, we will travel along the mountain highway to visit the Garden of Earth- Switzerland. Before embarking on our journey toward Switzerland, we will temporarily visit Vaduz, the capital of small European country Liechtenstein. This pocket-sized country is famous for its spectacular and awe-inspiring landscape of the Alps, wholesome hiking trails and exquisite stamps. After that, the tourist coach will take us traveling along the formidable mountains and arrive at the central region of Switzerland - Innsbruck Mountains,where we will start our snow-themed tour. Then, we will take cable cars to sightsee the snow-covered Mt Titlis, with an elevation of more than 3,000 meters. Approximately 45 minutes later, we will reach the peak of it and start our thrilling adventure: visiting ice caves, strolling along ice platforms and admiring magnificent glaciers. Summary of the Day:In the morning, we will temporarily visit the largest urban city as well as financial center of Switzerland - Zurich and go to Vltava River for photos. Then, we will head to Schaffhausen to admire the magnificent and boisterous Rhine Falls. As the largest fall in Western Europe, its sound is like the thundering of thousands of horses running across a narrow river. After admiring this uncanny workmanship of nature, we will travel along the Swiss mountain roads and cross into the Black Forest Region, whose name stems from its luxuriant and dark green forest. 1.Changes of Lines
(1)If you need to change your line more than 10 days before departure, a change fee may be imposed at the company’s discretion and no guarantee will be offered for a successful change.
(2)We do not accept to change your line within 10 days before departure.
(3)When the total fee for the new order is less than the original one, a change fee of 20% of the original fee will be charged.
(4)When the total fee for the new order is more than the original one, a change fee of 15% of the original fee will be charged.
2. Cancellation due to personal reasons, the tour expenses incurred shall be paid according to the following criteria:
(1) 19+ days before departure: both parties can make any adjustment to advance or postpone the departure without any deduction in fees;
(2) 11-18 days before departure: 60% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(3) 0-11 days before departure: 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
If the deduction under this policy is less than the actual costs, guests should pay according to the actual costs, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total tour fee.
(4) If guests decide to cancel the changed itinerary, the cancellation term should be based on the original departure date.
3.Refund Policy
(1) In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather, war, strikes, earthquakes), we will refund the unhappened expenses according to the travel agency agreement. However, fees for gift items will not be refunded.
(2) Since accommodation and transportation are bundled services, if some projects are missed due to your own reasons, they will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and you will not be refunded any fee from our company. We appreciate your understanding.

- 13Reservation made 7 Days Prior to Departure Date
Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.
- 14Confirmed order
The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order
(a) Reducing the number of travelers
(b) Rescheduling tour departure date
- 15Cancel amended order
If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
- 16Cancellation of free-fare passenger of "buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free" offers (exclude Yellowstone National Park tours)
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
- 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
- 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

Special Notes
1、Guests shall arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance. No waiting for late arrivals with no refund. Guide will lead boarding. Guests with pre-tour hotel stay may meet directly at the hotel.
2、 Please arrange subsequent transportation reasonably after tour ends. Guests with post-tour accommodation will be dismissed at the hotel lobby.
Tour Guide Service
1、Guide service is only valid during group itinerary. No service for extra nights, free time and regular public transport.
2、Due to local regulations, outdoor guiding outside the coach is restricted. Sightseeing information will be briefed on board for self-guided visiting.
Temperature & Dress Code
1、Spring & Autumn (5°C–20°C): windbreaker, sweater, waterproof jacket, long sleeves & trousers.
2、Summer (20°C–30°C): short sleeves, thin pants, light jacket, sun hat & sunglasses.
3、Winter (2°C–8°C): heavy coat, sweater, scarf, gloves and warm accessories.
Traffic Regulation
1、Itinerary is for reference only. Route, attractions and accommodation are subject to adjustment according to local traffic conditions.
2、European law limits driving hours: max 10 hours per day, minimum 12-hour daily rest; 20-minute break after every 2 hours driving.
3、Extra overtime service requires driver consent, with overtime fee of €50–€200 per hour. Please follow schedule to ensure smooth trip.
4、Air conditioning is prohibited while parking for environmental protection.
5、Walking around during driving is forbidden. The company shall not be liable for any personal injury.
Important Reminders
1、Most scenic spots have no coach access, walking required. Limited on-board waiting for guests with limited mobility, no refund or compensation for missed attractions.
2、Mandatory daily tips: €8 per person for guide and driver (adult & child same rate).
3、Please present travel voucher for check-in. Contact emergency number for special situations.
4、Valid passport & visa required with validity over 6 months. Entry rejection by immigration is guest’s sole responsibility with no refund.
5、Valuables and documents should be kept by guests personally. The company takes no responsibility for loss.
6、Personal medication is recommended. Please comply with local drug import regulations.
7、Meals and entrance tickets are self-paid; please prepare sufficient local currency.
8、All guests must abide by local laws. Contraband and illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
9、Early departure, separate return or mid-tour leave is allowed with assistance. No compensation for resulting expenses or delays.
10、The guide has the right to dismiss guests who disrupt group order or endanger public safety with no partial refund.
11、Itinerary adjustment caused by vehicle breakdown, traffic jam, bad weather, strike or emergencies is acceptable with no claim for refund.
12、All travel arrangements are subject to actual on-site adjustment without objection.
13、The company is not responsible for disputes between shared room guests.
14、Transport and hotel operators have independent liability clauses. The company shall not be liable for luggage loss, accident or property damage.
15、Travel insurance and luggage insurance are highly recommended.
16、Bilingual groups (Chinese & English guests) may be combined in one coach if passenger number is limited.
