Your wonderful journey begins upon your arrival at Honolulu Airport (HNL). Our friendly tour guide will wait for you at the airport and transfer you straight to your hotel for check-in and rest.
Official hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. Guests arriving early may wait temporarily in the hotel lobby.

We provide round-the-clock airport pickup service. An extra service fee is required for pickups between 10 PM and 6 AM; please contact customer service for details.
 - Passengers on international flights: Please proceed to Group Tour Exit 1 and check the airport pickup guide picture for directions.
 - Passengers on domestic flights: Please head to the baggage claim area of your corresponding flight. Guests without checked luggage shall also meet the guide at the designated baggage claim zone.
 - A gratuity of USD 5 per person shall be paid for guests enjoying complimentary airport pickup service.
Terms & Conditions
1.Complimentary waiting time for international flights is 1 hour and 45 minutes, calculated based on the actual flight arrival time.
2.A waiting surcharge of USD 20 per hour per booking will be charged for overtime waiting; any partial hour shall be counted as one full hour.
3.To avoid disrupting subsequent schedules, the maximum waiting duration of the guide is 2.5 hours. If you fail to meet the guide within 2.5 hours after the flight lands, the guide will leave the airport. You need to contact our team to rearrange the transfer service at your own cost.
4.Please turn on your mobile phone right after arrival and stay reachable for smooth pickup arrangement.

Terms of Airport Transfer Service
1.You must submit your flight information for airport pick-up no less than 72 hours prior to departure for us to arrange the transfer properly. If flight details are not provided timely, we reserve the right to require you to proceed to the hotel on your own or charge applicable transfer fees.
2.One complimentary round-trip airport transfer service at HNL Honolulu Airport is available per booking only. Travelers in the same group shall provide a unified arrival time for transfer arrangement.
3.Due to large passenger volumes, we may combine guests with similar arrival times for shared pick-up; a waiting period of 10–15 minutes may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
4.Notify us immediately via phone in case of unplanned flight delays on the day of arrival. We will attempt to adjust the pick-up schedule accordingly. If our on-site transfer capacity reaches saturation that day, we reserve the right to arrange for you to check into the hotel independently.

Summary of the Day:

Morning Tour | 7:00AM – 11:30AM
We pick up guests from the hotel at 7:00AM. The tour starts with a WWII documentary screening, followed by a navy boat ride to honor the sunken USS Arizona. Free memorial tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Guests will also overlook the Battleship Missouri.
We continue with a brief introduction at Hawaii State Capitol, then drive past the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (closed for tour vehicles post 9/11). The route covers Honolulu Chinatown, Sun Yat-sen Statue, King Kamehameha Statue, Iolani Palace and City Hall. Guests will view Hawaii’s unique emeralds, black pearls and red corals before returning to the hotel around 11:30AM.
Important Rules
1. Pearl Harbor Regulation: No guide commentary is allowed after guests arrive at the parking lot.
2. Ticket Contingency Plan (If no tickets by 10:00AM)
Option A (Recommended): Skip the memorial and proceed with downtown sightseeing. No tour fee refund.

Afternoon Tour | Oahu Mini Circle Island
The afternoon mini circle island tour covers classic Oahu coastal scenery: Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head Crater, upscale Hanauma Bay residential area, Halona Blowhole, Sandy Beach, Rabbit Island, Turtle Island, White Sands Beach and Nuuanu Pali Lookout. Guests will learn about coral formation and experience strong tropical mountain winds for a unique Hawaiian experience.
Scenic Spot Brief Introduction
Diamond Head: A famous Hawaiian landmark named by British sailors who mistook crater minerals for diamonds.
Hanauma Bay: Dinosaur-shaped bay with rich coral reefs and friendly tropical fish.
Turtle Island: Offshore island shaped like a floating sea turtle.
Nuuanu Pali Lookout: A scenic mountain gap with strong level-8 trade winds, featuring dramatic wind and weather contrast.

1.Tickets for the boat trip to the memorial are limited daily. If tickets are sold out upon arrival, the itinerary will be adjusted to view the USS Arizona Memorial from afar without boarding the memorial.
2.Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve opens every day except Mondays and Tuesdays.

Summary of the Day:

Departure in the afternoon. Cross the central mountains of Oahu and head north along the coastline with stunning sea views passing by Chinaman’s Hat Island and Turtle Island.
Spend time inside the 42-acre Polynesian Cultural Center featuring cultural villages representing seven Polynesian ethnic groups. Enjoy a hearty buffet dinner, followed by an 80-minute grand traditional Hawaiian show with over 100 performers including thrilling live fire dancing performance. Transfer back to the hotel in the evening.
