Day 1:New York - Washington D.C -
Summary of the Day:Departing from New York in the morning, we are heading to our nation’s Capital, Washington D.C. for cherry blossom sightseeing.
We will visit the Jefferson Memorial. The 96-foot memorial is noted for its circular marble steps, portico, a circular colonnade of Ionic order columns and a shallow dome, which is an obvious nod to the Pantheon of Rome. It also mirrors the University of Virginia rotunda, a structure designed by Jefferson himself. Inside the grand memorial stands a 19-foot statue of Thomas Jefferson and excerpts he authored can be found on the interior wall: "I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." The memorial is located by the Tidal Basin, from where you will have a stunning view of the Cherry Blossom blooming along the shore during the time. Donated by Japan as a gift of friendship and peace, the Cherry Blossom trees in DC have graced the Tidal Basin and Potomac Waterfront over 100 years.
Later you will have a chance to take the D.C. Cherry Blossom Cruise for sightseeing along the Potomac River. With a backdrop of full blooming cherry trees on the banks of the Potomac River, you can also see most iconic landmarks in the area: the Pentagon, Washington memorial, Air Force Memorial and so on. The cruise offers a best way to view the capital city being surrounded by cherry blossom!Each year, the National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates spring in Washington, DC. As for this year, the official schedule is March 20 - April 15, 2018. However, the view of the cherry blossom is subject to change due to weather conditions. Furthermore, reservation is not available for the Cherry Blossom Cruise based on the busy season in D.C. The cruise tour is subject to change regarding the cruise company’s schedule as well as the tourist volume. In case that cruise was not in service, we will go to the renowned Madame Tussauds’ President Gallery instead.
*Concerning return, the estimated arrival time will be around 11:30pm or later. The actual arrival time will be subject to change due to tour schedule and traffic.
*This tour doesn’t accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attractions. Guests must purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
*Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Day 2:Washington D.C - New York -
Summary of the Day:
Departure from the hotel in early morning, we will spend the day visiting Washington D.C., the capital of the United State.
First, we will visit National Air and Space Museum. The Air and Space Museum on the business street recorded the development of the aerospace industry. There are the Wright Brothers’ aircrafts in 1903, modern out space exploration, St. Louis’s Lindbergh's Spirit and the real Apollo 11 cockpit. The sightseeing of the trip also included the White House (outside view), America's seat of governing power. When we are standing in front of the Capitol Hill, the congress building in retro style will totally leap into our eyes. We will go to the Lincoln Memorial, where we can honor this notable past president and consider the impact he had in our history. From the Jefferson Memorial, there will be specular view in every April as the Cherry Blossom blooming along the Tidal Basin. Donated by Japan as a gesture of friendship and peace, the Cherry Blossom trees in DC have graced the Tidal Basin and Potomac Waterfront for over 100 years. And the guest will have the chance to take the D.C. Cherry Blossom Cruise for sightseeing along the Potomac River. If time permits, we will be visiting the Madame Tussands in Washington D.C. which is the only attraction you can get close to the “45 presidents” of US. We will have the chance to explore the inner structure of The White House, taking photographs with Oval Office desk aka The Resolute Desk. The great names will be memorized and honored forever. By the end of the day, our tour will head back to New York metropolitan area. After the In-depth tour of Washington D.C., we will head back to New York City.1.Each year, the National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates spring in Washington, DC. Holiday Price/Person By Occupancy :

2. Two full-size beds per room, Usitour don't guarantee extra rolling/sofa bed for 3rd or 4th person, please contact front desk for availability;

5.We offer a "buy two get one free" or "Buy two get two free" . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guide will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus.
6.Children must be occupied when they are two years old (including two years old), and children under two years of age can be embraced by adults. If there is no seated child, there is no service charge.
7.Except the Illinois (Chicago Tour), the state law requires infants to use car seats, not adult embraces, if you want to take the tour with your baby no matter how old the baby is, please bring your own baby car seat.

After You Book:
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order

If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
- 16Cancellation of free-fare passenger of "buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free" offers (exclude Yellowstone National Park tours)
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
- 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
- 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.
11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.
12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.
13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.
