Summary of the Day:

Drive to Antelope Canyon this morning, pass by Glen Canyon, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is the nation's second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. The view is stunning. Next is Antelope Canyon (Own Expense) — one of the Top Ten Sites in the World for Photography. Drive to Horseshoe Bend next, one of the top 10 sites in America for photography! Drive to Salt Lake City and stay overnight.

Day 3: Jackson - Grand Teton National Park - Yellowstone National Park - West Yellowstone

Summary of the Day:

Leave Salt Lake City this morning, and travel to Jackson Wyoming, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Be sure to visit the Elk Antler Arches Square located in the center of Jackson! Afterwards, we travel along the Snake River and arrive at Grand Teton National Park, where we see this natural wonder's amazing view. Arrive in Yellowstone in the afternoon, first of its kind, Yellowstone is home to world’s largest super volcano and over 10,000 geothermal features. Here you can find everything you expect to see in a national park! Snow covered mountains, waterfalls, lakes, rivers, canyons, meadows, herds of buffalos, elks… and the most amazing geothermal features in the world! Geysers, hot springs, fumaroles and mud pots are the wonders that make Yellowstone truly unique. Sightsee Grand Prismatic Spring, Old Faithful Geyser, West Thumb, and wildlife up close... Spend the night in West Yellowstone.

**Before South Entrance of Yellowstone opens on May 10th, Grand Teton and Jackson will NOT be included in the tour. Tours depart on or before May 7th, additional sightseeing stops in Yellowstone will be made to replace Grand Teton and Jackson, Mandatory Fee will be reduced by $5 per person.

Continue to explore the beauty of Yellowstone National Park this morning! Fountain Paint Pot, Norris Geyser Basin, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Fishing Bridge… wonders come one after another! Cross the Great Backbone of North America-The Rocky Mountains in the afternoon and enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way! Stay overnight in Sheridan Wyoming.

Day 5: Devil’s Tower National Monument - Mt. Rushmore National Memorial - Crazy Horse - Casper WY

Summary of the Day:

Drive to America’s first National Monument, Devil’s Tower, this morning. The tower rises 1,267 feet above the valley, the hexagonal columns that make up the tower are truly unique and rare, and the tallest in the world! The tower is also featured in famous movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” . Our next stop is the most famous icon of America - Mt. Rushmore National Memorial! George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, look down from their stony height and remind everyone even impossible is possible! Arrive at Crazy Horse Indian Memorial and sightsee world’s largest mountain carving  Crazy Horse! Stay overnight in Casper.

Day 6: Independent Rock - Utah State Capitol - Temple Square - Salt Lake City

Summary of the Day:

Drive to Independent Rock State Historic Site this morning, Independence Rock was a key landmark for pioneers as they picked their way across the American frontier. Hundreds of names have been carved into the hard stone over the years. Drive to Salt Lake City afterwards and visit the Capitol Hill, the most expensive and magnificent State House in America, the Utah State Capitol! Take a walk in the State Capitol building, amazed by the architecture, sculptures and the rich history behind. Temple Square is our next stop! Follow Mormon Missionary sisters’ lead and see the virtue kingdom for LDS church, the Temple Square, and learn the history and teachings of the LDS Church. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City

Drive to Great Salt Lake State Marina this morning. Known as “America’s Dead Sea”, Great Salt Lake is the largest salt water lake in the Western Hemisphere, water is salty enough for people to float in the lake! Drive to Las Vegas in the afternoon. You may go with us to see the best of Las Vegas when night falls. Music fountain at Bellagio, Volcanic Eruption at Mirage, Grand Canal in Venetian, High Roller at LINQ… and all the fantasies on Las Vegas Strip! Stay overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 8: Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Gardens - Buffet Brunch - Outlets - Los Angeles

Summary of the Day:

In the morning, visit Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens outside of The Strip. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. Be sure to sample a piece of fresh made chocolate! After having lunch in Las Vegas, the group heads back to Los Angeles. Stop by Outlets Center for short rest before continuing to Los Angeles. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.

The order of the trip will be made because of the departure date to make adjustments, need to advance in Las Vegas from the group of guests please be sure to order or notice customer service in order to confirm whether it can be arranged.

Day 11: UC Berkeley - Madame Tussauds/Exploratorium - San Francisco City Tour

Summary of the Day:

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts, and Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense), and explore the Madame Tussaud. You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon. Stay overnight in Central California.

For the San Francisco 3 days customers who would not participate in the second day trip are required to pay extra $30/Person.

Day 12: Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

Summary of the Day:

In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year. In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

For safety purpose, in case of ice and snow in Yosemite National Park, we reserve rights to change the itinerary of the day: instead of Yosemite, we visit Solvang and Santa Barbara.

    1. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    2. Two full-size beds per room, Usitour don't guarantee extra rolling/sofa bed for 3rd or 4th person, please contact front desk for availability;

    3. Some itineraries offer "Buy two get one discounted" or "Buy two get two discounted", which means three or four persons share one room can get discount;

    4. Due to we reserve bus seats, no-show of third and fourth discounted customers incur penalty fee, and the first and second customers should pay the fee to tour guide.

    5.We offer a "buy two get one discounted" or "Buy two get two discounted” . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guide will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus. 

    6.There are adjustments in the itinerary. If you are staying at the Las Vegas hotel on the following holiday/show date, you need to pay an additional upgrade price :2018:Oct 21th&31th-$60/room per night, Nov 1st-$60/room per night, Dec 30th-$60/room per night, Dec 31th-$120/room per night. 2019:Jan 7th-11th-$120/room per night;Oct 21st,31st,Nov 1st,Dec 30th-$60/room per night. These prices are the upgrade fees for the night of each room. Total upgrade prices needs to be multiplied by the number of days.

How to book

How to book:

Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days.

Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

Please refer to our Customer Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy before you make reservation.

Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

Booking process:
1. Place Order: Choose the departure date, pick-up location, number of adults/children, and tours or activities that you like, provide all required information and then place your order.
2. Complete Payment: You can pay with Discover, Master and Visa card, or with PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is not your voucher.
3. Confirm Order: Confirmation of your order will take up to 2 business days, depending on availability. If the tour you have chosen is unavailable or cancelled, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Get E-Voucher: Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email. Please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.
After You Book:

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

  • (a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.

    (b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.

    (c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

  • 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
  • Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

1. Usitour cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, holidays, construction, etc.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.

11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.

12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.

13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.

14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.

Special Note about Yellowstone National Park

1. The Yellowstone N.P. Tour is one of the most popular itineraries during summer, usually sold out 45-60 days in advance. If you need to make sure staying in the Yellowstone cabin, please make a reservation in advance. Please consult our customer service to confirm the location of the cabin.

2. Please check with your customer service staff to verify your order before ordering.

3. Please do not book flight tickets before receiving the electronic confirmation ticket issued by our customer service to avoid unnecessary losses;

4. If you have booked an airline ticket, hotel, etc. in advance without our electronic confirmation ticket, then Usitour company will not be responsible for your personal actions, please understand.

5. Cancellation clause: 

Yellowstone N.P. Group Cancellation regulations are subject to this clause.

1).Cancellation or modification of more than 30 days  before departure, 10% of the total group fee (minimum fine of $200 per guest, and $300 per guest);

2).Cancellation or modification 15-30 days before departure, a fine of 40% of the total group fee;

3).Cancellation or modification 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 60% of the total group fee will be charged;

4).No changes shall be made within 7 days and less before departure.

5).Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

6).According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

7).We reserve a place for the people who enjoy the discount. If the guest of the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the same day, the tour guide will charge the guest to the same room for $200 (Ordinary Yellowstone Group) or $300 (reserving the Yellowstone cabin) The penalty of the group.

Special tips: 

The change of the departure date, number of people and name (including the name of any guest in the same room) after the itinerary is confirmed by reference to the cancellation clause above.

1.Cancellation or modification of 30 days (including 30 days) or more before departure, 10% of the total group fee (minimum fine of $150 per people);

2.Cancellation or modification 15-29 days before departure, a fine of 25% of the total group fee;

3.Cancellation or modification 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 50% of the total group fee will be charged;

4.No changes shall be made within 7 days and less before departure.

5.Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

6.According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

7.We reserve a place for the concessionaire. If the guest who enjoys the discount for the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the day, the tour guide will charge a penalty of $150 to the same room.
