Day 1: Amtrak Coast Starlight -Medford

Summary of the Day:

Enjoy an unforgettable Coast Starlight Ride by Amtrack, widely regarded the most spectacular ride of all train routes! Sightseeing train rides are becoming more and more popular in America, a great way to experience the beauty of the country. Seats are very spacious and comfortable, the Coast Starlight links the greatest cities on the West Coast. The scenery along the route is unsurpassed. The dramatic snow-covered peaks of the Cascade Range and Mountains, lush forests, fertile valleys provide a stunning backdrop for your journey! Arrive in Eugene in the evening, stay overnight in Medford.

Day 2: Burney Falls-Sundial Bridge-San Francisco

Summary of the Day:

Drive to Burney Falls in the morning, the most beautiful waterfall in California! It will certainly bring you an unexpected big surprise! Even President Roosevelt describes Burney Falls as “The 8th Wonder of the World!” Drive to Sundial Bridge. Made of glass, the Sundial Bridge crosses above the Sacramental River, and is absolutely a piece of work of art. Return to Bay Area in the evening and finish our pleasant and unforgettable Ring of Fire National Parks and Amtrak Coast Starlight Trip.

Day 3: Berkeley University - Madame Tussauds/Exploratorium - San Francisco City Tou

Summary of the Day:

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts, and Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense), and explore the Madame Tussaud. You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon. Stay overnight in Central California.

Day 4: Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

Summary of the Day:

Depart in the morning and head to Yosemite National Park. Majestic granite, majestic waterfalls and tranquil valleys make Yosemite look like a fairyland from any angle. We will take you to visit five major attractions: Emirates Rock, Yosemite Falls, Yosemite Valley, Half Dome and Bridal Veil Falls. After lunch, we will cross part of the Great Plains of California, which is rich in more than half of the fruits, vegetables, and dried fruits in the United States. It also makes California the largest agricultural state in the United States.In the evening we will return to Los Angeles .

Day 6: Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Summary of the Day:

Departure from Los Angeles in the morning, along with San Bernardino Mountains and enter Mojave Desert, the largest continental desert in North America. The boundless land is decorated by bizarre-shaped Joshua trees and yucca plants. You will make a brief stop at Tanger .And then head to Las Vegas - “the entertainment capital of the world”. We enjoy lunch there by your own.You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas, enjoy all the spectacles and fantasies on the strip! The tour guide will lead you to explore the World’s largest hotel Palazzo Venetian Mega Centre, neon-light show on Fremont Street, Music Fountain at Bellagio and the volcano show at Mirage. Stay overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 7: Optional Canyon Tour - Las Vegas

Summary of the Day:

Drive to Hoover Dam in the morning, sightsee this largest and tallest concrete structure of it's time. Visit the dam and overlook North America's largest artificial lake - Lake Mead. Then, travel to one of the most famous 7 natural wonders in the world - the Grand Canyon! You can choose to go to West Rim or South Rim, admission fee is mandatory:
West Rim (Skywalk): Over eons, the Colorado River and erosion have sculpted this amazing landscape. Grand Canyon west rim belongs to Indian Reservation. The group will take the designated park shuttle to enter the canyon. Upon arriving in the terminal, you may take the helicopter ride and sightseeing boat tour (Optional), in order to feel the canyon and Colorado River from different perspective and explore the true beauty of the Grand Canyon. Afterwards, you may take the park shuttle to the next sightseeing spots, Eagle Point and Guano Point. At Eagle Point, you may take an optional visit to the "Skywalk", which is the new gigantic construction built on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim. The group will return to Las Vegas in the evening. You may watch the world’s renowned show at your own cost (optional).

South Rim: Here is the world's most vivid erosion model, which is why the Grand Canyon has not only become a textbook for the geologist and paleontologist, but also made the millions of tourists each year filled with emotion when they face the masterpiece of creator. Then, go to the largest view point near visitor center - Mather Point. If God is the creator of the Grand Canyon, Colorado River is an artist who has carved the Grand Canyon. Despite the passion in summer and the cold in winter, the river and valley’s history of romance has been going on for six hundred million years long. Sunshine and clouds are always alternating controls over the canyon, adding a dash of style to the magnificent scenic picture. The group will return to Las Vegas in the evening. You may watch the world’s renowned show at your own cost (optional).

Antelope Canyon:You can choose to travel across the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, which is one of the world's t ten photography site. And then went to Glen Canyon Dam.

Day 8: Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Gardens - Outlets Center - Los Angeles

Summary of the Day:

In the morning, visit Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens outside of The Strip. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. Be sure to sample a piece of fresh made chocolate! After having lunch in Las Vegas, the group heads back to Los Angeles. Stop by Outlets Center for short rest before continuing to Los Angeles. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.

    4. Due to we reserve bus seats, no-show of third and fourth discounted customers incur penalty fee, and the first and second customers should pay the fee to tour guide.

    5.We offer a "buy two get one discounted" or "Buy two get two discounted” . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guide will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus. 

    6.There are adjustments in the itinerary. If you are staying at the Las Vegas hotel on the following holiday/show date, you need to pay an additional upgrade price :2018:Oct 21th&31th-$60/room per night, Nov 1st-$60/room per night, Dec 30th-$60/room per night, Dec 31th-$120/room per night. 2019:Jan 7th-11th-$120/room per night;Oct 21st,31st,Nov 1st,Dec 30th-$60/room per night. These prices are the upgrade fees for the night of each room. Total upgrade prices needs to be multiplied by the number of days.

How to book

How to book:

Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days.

Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

Please refer to our Customer Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy before you make reservation.

Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

Booking process:
1. Place Order: Choose the departure date, pick-up location, number of adults/children, and tours or activities that you like, provide all required information and then place your order.
2. Complete Payment: You can pay with Discover, Master and Visa card, or with PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is not your voucher.
3. Confirm Order: Confirmation of your order will take up to 2 business days, depending on availability. If the tour you have chosen is unavailable or cancelled, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Get E-Voucher: Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email. Please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.
After You Book:

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

  • (a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.

    (b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.

    (c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

  • 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
  • Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.

11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.

12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.

13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.

14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.

Special Note about Yellowstone National Park

1. The Yellowstone N.P. Tour is one of the most popular itineraries during summer, usually sold out 45-60 days in advance. If you need to make sure staying in the Yellowstone cabin, please make a reservation in advance. Please consult our customer service to confirm the location of the cabin.

2. Please check with your customer service staff to verify your order before ordering.

3. Please do not book flight tickets before receiving the electronic confirmation ticket issued by our customer service to avoid unnecessary losses;

4. If you have booked an airline ticket, hotel, etc. in advance without our electronic confirmation ticket, then Usitour company will not be responsible for your personal actions, please understand.

5. Cancellation clause: 

Yellowstone N.P. Group Cancellation regulations are subject to this clause.

1).Cancellation or modification of more than 30 days  before departure, 10% of the total group fee (minimum fine of $200 per guest, and $300 per guest);

2).Cancellation or modification 15-30 days before departure, a fine of 40% of the total group fee;

3).Cancellation or modification 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 60% of the total group fee will be charged;

4).No changes shall be made within 7 days and less before departure.

5).Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

6).According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

7).We reserve a place for the people who enjoy the discount. If the guest of the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the same day, the tour guide will charge the guest to the same room for $200 (Ordinary Yellowstone Group) or $300 (reserving the Yellowstone cabin) The penalty of the group.

Special tips: 

The change of the departure date, number of people and name (including the name of any guest in the same room) after the itinerary is confirmed by reference to the cancellation clause above.

The US West Group's cancellation regulations are subject to this clause

1.Cancellation or modification of 30 days (including 30 days) or more before departure, 10% of the total group fee (minimum fine of $150 per people);

2.Cancellation or modification 15-29 days before departure, a fine of 25% of the total group fee;

3.Cancellation or modification 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 50% of the total group fee will be charged;

4.No changes shall be made within 7 days and less before departure.

5.Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

6.According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

7.We reserve a place for the concessionaire. If the guest who enjoys the discount for the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the day, the tour guide will charge a penalty of $150 to the same room.
