Day 1: Hometown - New York

1. Free pick-up time for three major airport groups in New York: 8:30am-12:00am (flight arrival time); free pick-up from group needs to be shared with other guests, waiting time For no more than 60 minutes, guests who enjoy free pick-up will not be charged a $10/person service fee. The tour guide will charge one day before the end of the trip and will not be charged on the day of pick-up.
For those arriving at the three major airports (JFK/LGA/EWR), if you are travelling on a US domestic flight, please go to the Baggage Claim Area and wait for the tour guide (arrived at JFK at the exit of Terminal 7); You are on an international flight, please wait at the passenger exit. For guests arriving at the airport in advance, please join the guide at the following locations:
(1) JFK International Airport (JFK): Hudson News Office in Terminal 7.
(2) LaGuardia International Airport (LGA): Terminal B, Baggage Claims Department of AA Airlines
(3) Newark International Airport (EWR): Terminal C, Welcome Center
2. Personal pick-up at your own expense: Enjoy private car transfer from the three major airports in New York and nearby hotels, 24 hours a day, a single car ($145 for the first and second people, $15 for each additional person), pay-per-view Service charge is included, please choose to pay when ordering.
3. Guests without flights can choose Manhattan and Flushing Chinatown collections at the following times and addresses:

Flushing: 133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 5:00pm Collection
 
Guests who enjoy the free site do not include a $10/person service charge, and the tour guide will charge one day before the end of the trip, and no payment will be required on the day of pick-up.


Summary of the Day:

Manhattan Morning Tour: Adult: $25/person, Child: $15/person (limited to arrival at JFK, LGA Airport before 12:00am, mini 4 people) (30 minutes) [Brooklyn Bridge Park] is 85-acres Park on the Brooklyn side of the East River in New York City. Almost every picture taken from Brooklyn Bridge Park scenery can be used as postcards. (15 minutes) New York's most famous High Line Park is a new attraction, which built in 5 years. The number of visitors to visit has been more than the Statue of Liberty. (15 minutes) [Chelsea Market] Experience the authentic local culture of New York. The 800-foot wide street is a food hall, shopping mall, office building and television production facility located in the Chelsea neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan. (10 minutes) [Hudson Yards]New York's new landmark-Vessel, costing $25 billion. It is based on the Indian stepped wells. It is both a public building and a installation art. The building materials include copper-colored steel and concrete, with a delicate honeycomb-like structure. 
Guests arriving from 12:00pm to 5:00pm enjoy a focused exploration of flushing, where you can savor your food, go shopping, and learn about Asian life and culture… free luggage storage service will be provided during your stay. We will arrange shuttle bus to the hotel depend on the number of people and the time of flight arrival. 
New York Night Tour: Adult: $25/person, Child: $15/person Take you to enjoy the glamorous night view of the New York City: Times Square, Rockefeller Center…Finally stay at Hudson River Park which is on the other side of New York to take the entire night view of Manhattan. (Due to seat availability, need to register before 4:30 pm)

Day 2: New York Optional Tour

Summary of the Day:

A.Depart from hotel to the Woodbury Common Premium Outlet which is located in Central Valley of New York and is the largest outlet in New York State with more than 220 brand name shops within the area. Feel free to enjoy your 300 minutes shopping time, and then transfer back to hotel.
B.In the morning, we will visit the United States Military Academy at West Point, which is one the oldest military academies. The tour will be led by the Academy’s official tour guide. (Please note: You must present validate form of identification when enter the Academy.) And then go shopping at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlet which is located in Central Valley of New York and is the largest outlet in New York State with more than 220 brand name shops within the area.
C.Today, you are able to design the trip over NYC by your own. Absolutely, New York is never enough for you to explore; there are still quantities of attractions and funs around this world-class super city. Recommended Attractions: Take a fly by helicopter to overlook the city in the sky.

Take a bite of finest strip steaks in the famous steakhouses. Take a ride by the historical subway to discover every corner of the city: High Line Park, Chelsea Market, Lincoln Center, and Grand Central Station, and so on…

Day 3: New York City Tour

Summary of the Day:

Go to New York City's first landmark [World Trade Center Building No. 1]. After going downstairs, visit the Oculus with a cost of 4 billion US dollars. It was built in the two memorial pools of the old World Trade Center. Take a stroll through the World Financial Center [Wall Street], the World Cultural Heritage [Trinity Church], and the "Charging Bull" symbolizing the bull market. Take a boat trip to Manhattan on the Hudson River and take photos with the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. In-depth visits to the "Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum" aircraft carrier and [Concorde] supersonic passenger aircraft and various fighters. In [Central Park], the tour guide will give you an in-depth explanation of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and enjoy the bustling Times Square.

City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
Guests who do not participate in the New York City Tour need to arrange transportation to and from the hotel, or pay $40/person for group bus.

Day 4: Philadelphia - Washington D.C.

Summary of the Day:

Depart from the hotel in the morning, visit [Independence National Historical Park], [Liberty Bell], look up the historical heritage building [Independence National Historical Park], and take the [Philadelphia Double Decker Bus Tour] to learn more about this East Coast The birthplace of the historical cradle. Then we will come to Washington DC in the United States to participate in the [Washington Deep Tour], which will be fully explained by the tour guide [the Capital Hill], [National Library], [US Supreme Court]. In the World Hall of Fame [the Madame Tussauds in Washington D.C.] take a photo with the presidential celebrities; appearance [White House]; and visit [Lincoln Memorial], [Vietnamese War Memorial], [Korean War Memorial]. The car passes through the [Jefferson Memorial], [Washington Monument], [World War II Memorial] and so on. Time is allowed to add a tour [Capital Cruise].

Day 5: Washington D.C. - Niagara Falls

Summary of the Day:

Drive to Niagara Falls in the morning, the most famous natural landscape. Start the deep tour of the waterfall and visit [Old Fort Niagara] and [Whirlpool State Park]. Watch [Niagara Imax Movie]. [Touch Of The Fall], walking on Goat Island and Moon Island, this is also the best place to enjoy the night view of the waterfall. [Cave of the Winds] takes you deep into the waterfall and feels you are in the middle.

Day 6: Niagara Falls - Toronto Canada

Summary of the Day:

In summer: Take the “Maid of the Mist” boat (closed in winter) to get a real feeling of the magic of nature. We will cross the Rainbow Bridge get into Canada. Having lunch at the Skylon Tower’s restaurant, then proceed to Toronto, the largest financial center of Canada. You can overlook the city and Lake Ontario at CN Tower. In the afternoon, we will visit Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, which has over 16,000 species of marine life. And take the Toronto Harbour Cruise (closed in winter) to enjoy the beautiful and charming view of Lake Ontario. Have dinner at Toronto Chinatown.
In winter: Take the Jet boat to get a real feeling of the magic of nature. We will cross the Rainbow Bridge get into Canada. Having lunch at the Skylon Tower’s restaurant, then proceed to Toronto, the largest financial center of Canada. You can overlook the city and Lake Ontario at CN Tower. In the afternoon, we will visit Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, which has over 16,000 species of marine life. Followed by Casa Loma, it means Hill House in Spanish, is a Gothic Revival style house and gardens in midtown Toronto, and is now a museum and landmark. Have dinner at Toronto Chinatown.

Day 7: Toronto - Thousand Islands - Ottawa - Montreal

Summary of the Day:

In the morning, we will leave the hotel for the Thousand Islands (April-October). Thousand Islands are located between America and Canada, which has 1864 individual islands sparkling over the lake. Here, guests will have the chance to cruise around the Thousand Islands Lake, appreciate the fabulous nature views. After, we will travel to the Capital of Canada, Ottawa. Here we will visit the National War Memorial, Parliament buildings and Peace Tower with the height of 295 feet. Canada’s Parliament buildings are commonly viewed as the one of the most magnificent government centers in the world with firm stone exterior and vivid setting on the cliffs! After a short stay, guests will be driven to Montreal, which is the second largest city of Canada. Here, you can take the Montreal Double Decker, which departs from St. Joseph Oratory Church, to the highest Mount Royal to overlook downtown Montreal. Also, the famous Olympic Tower is located here; it remains as the most famous landmark of Montreal. In addition, Notre-Dame Basilica and the Old Montreal are the highlights of the rest of schedule today. Lastly, plenty of dinner options in Chinatown will bring all the guests a happy ending for the day!

Day 8: Montreal - Quebec - Boston

Summary of the Day:

Go to [Quebec] and start a deep tour of the ancient city of Quebec. Viewing [The Cathedral of the Virgin of the Virgin], with the landmark building Fontena Castle Hotel, the Capitol and the taste of authentic French cuisine. Stay at the duty-free shop and, after entering the United State, head to Boston, the historical and cultural capital of the United States, to enjoy the prestigious Boston Lobster Meal. (If the travel timeout occurs due to customs transit procedures, the lobster special meal will be replaced by other meals on the same day. In the winter, if the weather factors, snow or ice, the company may change the itinerary to ensure the safety of the trip).

Excursion to the Old Town of Quebec (at your own expense, 60 minutes) → The Cathedral of the Virgin Mary (Outside, 10 minutes) → Taste authentic French meal (at your own expense, 60 minutes) → Stay duty-free shop → Boston Lobster meal (at your own expense, 60 minutes)

Day 9: Boston/New York - Hometown

Summary of the Day:

Boston is the capital and largest city of Massachusetts, and the largest city in New England. Visit Harvard University's oldest campus and take a photo at the MIT main building. Take a tour of Boston Harbor with a [Boston Harbor Cruise]. The trip ends to Boston and New York airports. Leaving at BOS have the opportunity to participate in a deep tour of Boston. Leaving at New York Airport will increase Yale University.

Harvard University Tour (at your own expense, 45 minutes) → MIT (15 minutes) → Boston Harbor Cruise (at your own expense, 60 minutes) → Boston Airport → Boston Deep Tour (Optional, 110 minutes, including: Bunker Hill Monument + Christianity Science First Church + Trinity Church + Boston Public Library + Shopping Center, limited to Boston after 3:00PM) → Yale University (at your own expense, 60 minutes, only to leave at New York Airport) → New York Airport

How to book:

Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days.

Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

Booking process:
1. Place Order: Choose the departure date, pick-up location, number of adults/children, and tours or activities that you like, provide all required information and then place your order.
2. Complete Payment: You can pay with Discover, Master and Visa card, or with PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is not your voucher.
3. Confirm Order: Confirmation of your order will take up to 2 business days, depending on availability. If the tour you have chosen is unavailable or cancelled, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Get E-Voucher: Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email. Please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.
After You Book:

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

  • If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.

  • 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
  • (a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.

    (b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.

    (c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

  • Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

Special Notes

1. Usitour cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, holidays, construction, etc.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.

11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.

12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.

13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.

14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.
