Day 1: San Francisco-Los Angeles

Summary of the Day:

We will drive to Los Angeles, CA where we will take a walk along Hollywood Boulevard, visit the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Chinese Theater and the Dolby Theater Complex. After dinner, we will transfer to our hotel.

Day 2: Optional Tour

Today you have two options to enjoy the day:
California Disneyland/California Adventure Park Series
option 1: California Disneyland(Optional):
California's Disneyland Park is the only theme park to be built under the watchful eye of Walt Disney himself. The "happiest place on Earth" is an 85-acre compound home to eight smaller theme "lands" and the famous Disneyland Resort.
option 2: California Adventure Park(Optional):
One of the world's Disney theme parks which has a unique project, where some people's favorite "fly over California", stimulating a very rolling roller coaster, and the unique Pixar animation theme parade.
option 3: California Disneyland+California Adventure Park(optional):
You have opportunity to enjoy two parks during one day, having more fun.

Coronado, also known as Coronado Island, is a resort city located in San Diego County, California, across and around San Diego Bay from downtown San Diego.
[Balboa Park]:
Balboa Park in San Diego, California is a 1,200-acre complex containing gardens, museums, and the famous San Diego Zoo. The park is almost 150 years old, and sees more than 12 million visitors every year as of 2001.
[Old Town San Diego]:
Historic Old Town, San Diego is a historical and tourist-centered area that was the sight of the first European settlement in California. Within its boundaries are a litany of hotels, restaurants, shops, and two large parks.

1. Disneyland tickets will be divided into 3 categories according to the date (high season ticket / ordinary ticket / premium ticket), please pay to the tour guide according to the real-time price (the self-paid reminder price is for reference only, or there are changes).
2. Choose guests from Disney or California Adventure Park, free to move around the day, and guests will have plenty of time to play at Disney or California Adventure.

Experience movie magic at its best. The Universal Studios Hollywood has attractions including Shrek and Jurassic Park, with various shows and performances throughout the day. Get an inside look at the sets and uncover the behind-the-scenes secrets of legendary films in the studio tour.

The Universal Studios, is located in Hollywood, capital of the American film industry. The studio-themed park has attractions that include behind-the-scenes tours of movie sets, as well as rides based on your favorite films.

Universal Studios tickets will be divided into 3 categories according to the date (the season ticket / ordinary ticket / premium ticket), please pay the tour guide according to the real-time price.

Day 4: Los Angeles-Hometown/San Francisco

Summary of the Day:

We will make our way to Beverly Hills via Rodeo Drive.Next,we will travel to the city of Santa Monica to walk along the Santa Monica Pier and enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean.Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule flights.You can leave the tour group in Los Angeles by yourself(No drop-off) or you can return to San Francisco bay taking the tour bus.

  1. Holiday Price/Person By Occupancy :

    1. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    2. Two full-size beds per room, Usitour don't guarantee extra rolling/sofa bed for 3rd or 4th person, please contact front desk for availability;

    3. Some itineraries offer "Buy two get one discounted" or "Buy two get two discounted", which means three or four persons share one room can get discount; The third/forth person only needs to pay the Los Angeles hotel price difference and the theme park tickets included in the itinerary. The bus location is provided free of charge;

    4. Due to we reserve bus seats, no-show of third and fourth discounted customers incur penalty fee, and the first and second customers should pay the fee to tour guide.

    5.We offer a "buy two get one discounted" . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guid will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus. 

    6.Please read carefully the content in "What's Excluded" section on tour's detail page,and directly pay the fee in cash to your tour guide.

What's Excluded:

Air fares between your hometown and the departure city.

All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.

A mandatory service fees: A total of $8.00/day per passenger. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $8 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $32. For those who enjoy free pick-up from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Salt Lake City, each guest pays a tour guide + driver for a total of $3 /passenger per trip;

If the itinerary contains a California theme project, please order it on the tour guide. If you prepare your own theme park ticket, the land agency will charge a fare of $48/person (for reference only, subject to the actual collection on the ground);

Children under the age of 2 need to pay a mandatory liability insurance of $25 per day. We will guarantee the seat for the child. If the child does not occupy the seat, the compulsory insurance still needs to be delivered;

Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

The mandatory fees listed in all itineraries must be paid at the time of booking or at the time of starting the tour;

Any private expenses

Surcharge will be added to the total price when checking out.

All other fees not show in "What's Included".

How to book

How to book:

Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days.

Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

Booking process:
1. Place Order: Choose the departure date, pick-up location, number of adults/children, and tours or activities that you like, provide all required information and then place your order.
2. Complete Payment: You can pay with Discover, Master and Visa card, or with PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is not your voucher.
3. Confirm Order: Confirmation of your order will take up to 2 business days, depending on availability. If the tour you have chosen is unavailable or cancelled, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Get E-Voucher: Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email. Please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.
After You Book:

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

  • (a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.

    (b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.

    (c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

  • Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.

11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.

12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.

13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.

14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.

 

Special Note about Yellowstone National Park

The Yellowstone N.P. Tour is one of the most popular itineraries during summer, usually sold out 45-60 days in advance. If you need to make sure staying in the Yellowstone cabin, please make a reservation in advance. Please consult our customer service to confirm the location of the cabin.Please check with your customer service staff to verify your order before ordering.

Please do not book flight tickets before receiving the electronic confirmation ticket issued by our customer service to avoid unnecessary losses;

If you have booked an airline ticket, hotel, etc. in advance without our electronic confirmation ticket, then Usitour company will not be responsible for your personal actions, please understand.

*Cancellation clause:

Yellowstone N.P. Group Cancellation regulations are subject to this clause.

1).Cancellation of 30 days (including 30 days) or more before departure,10% of the total group fee (minium fine of $50);

Cancellation 22-29 days before departure, a fine of 25% of the total group fee;

Cancellation 15-21 days before departure, a fine of 50% of the total group fee;

Cancellation 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 75% of the total group fee will be charged;

Cancellation 7 days prior to departure, 100% of the total group fee will be charged.

2).Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

3).According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

4).We reserve a place for the people who enjoy the discount. If the guest of the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the same day or cancel the tour without completing 15 days in advance, the tour guide will charge the guest to the same room for $150 /per (paid by the same group of visitors).
