Tour Guide: Very good at giving English and Chinese information. He was clear about itinerary and generally well liked/good personality. He gave a good amount of historical information. Oh, yes, he is very handsome. Tour: At times relaxed, at times rushed. Sometimes it's harder to get all tourists back to bus on time, at no fault of Bert's. Overall, tour was good, especially Niagara's Maid of the mist. Food: Too many Chinese based restaurants. Not all the food was great. I wouldn't liked more recommendations for local restaurants with great food. Quincy Market was great. Hotels: Holiday Inn + Double Tree were great, but Four Points rooms were outdated + old. Not very comfortable.

We were part of group PI on a 5 day tour of the US East Coast. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Edison Sun was our guide and I highly admire his professionally and knowledge about the different places we United. I also liked his authority and time keeping among different groups of people, which helped us no to want much time and could complete all part of the tour. We covered a lot in 5 days, which was definitely worth and thanks to tour in conducting it. Given another chance we opt and hope Edison is our guide again. JITHU

The trip was a fantastic one,we were able to visit many famous attractions and different states. Mr. Ray was a friendly,dedicated,and knowledgable tour guide.We were totally satisfied with his service and the bus driver. Both the tour guide and driver had been doing great. I especially an impressed that the tour guide. Mr Yim was able to speak Chinese( Cantonese and Putonghua) and English fluently. We had a wondeerful trip for the past few day. The Itinerary is a bit tight. Group 1

The entire trip went so smoothly and nicely. I had taken my parents on the five-day trip to Everglades, key west and Fort Lauderdale and Miami. They enjoyed this trip very much.
