Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! Please keep your cellphone on, you will meet our tour guide out of the baggage claim area at MIA/FLL, Miami ferry port (POM), or Fort Lauderdale ferry port (POE) and are able to take the free scheduled shuttle bus to hotel.
Complimentary pick-up service is available：
1.between 10 AM and 10 PM for MIA/FLL;
2.at 9:00AM or 12:00PM for POM and 10:30AM for POE.

Day 2:Miami - Miami Everglades National Park -
Summary of the Day:
Guests will arrive at the biggest conservation zone in USA, the Everglades National Park where you can take an everglades airboat(90 min) to explore natural wonders and watch rare animals show. Guests will also get a chance to watch how to catch alligators on site. Next, you can appreciate the “City Beautiful”, Coral Gables, where described as an “International Residential Museum”. It stands out for its planned community that blends the wide tree-lined avenues, exotic mansions in Mediterranean Revival architectural style and historical landmarks such as the worldfamous Biltmore Hotel (exterior view). and the Venetian Pool, both built in the 1920s. The picturesque Biltmore Hotel is backdrop of a renowned 18-hole golf course. Furthermore, Little Havana(30 min), the famous Cuban area attracts large groups of tourists from all over the world. You can visit Cuban cigar workshops and take a sip of Cuban coffee. In addition, tourists can take a cruise sightseeing around the Biscayne Bay(90 min) which set off from the Bayside Marketplace. This cruise takes you by the homes of some of the world's "rich and famous" (called Millionaire's Row), along the stunning Miami Skyline as well as overlooking the America’s second largest financial hub of the downtown Miami and more. Tourists will be impressed by the famous sea south beach with white sand(40 min), the clear blue water, and gorgeous scenery. Day 3:Key West -
Summary of the Day:
It is 180 miles from Miami to Key West through 32 islands and 42 bridges. It is also known as “Duck Island” because of its shape, and also the international Key West Film Festival was held here every year! World famous Seven-Mile Bridge is another highlighted attraction here. It takes eight years to complete and is quite famous for the magnificent scenery. The former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s movie “True Lies” was also filmed in Key West. The amazing scenery along the south nation and colorful beaches will make you feel in a fairy land. Here guests can take pictures with its landmark “the edge of the sky, the rim of the sea”. The next famous stop is the home of the former residence---Nobel Prize winners Hemingway ($13 per person). After that, tourists can buy some souvenirs in local stores. On the way back to hotel, guests will have a chance to see the fabulous sunset.

Summary of the Day:
We will travel to Lion Country Safari, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale today. The first destination will be Lion Country Safari(90 min). Guests will have chance to experience the real wild life here. This park is also claimed to be the first 'cageless zoo' in the United States. After, we will go to West Palm Beach. West Palm Beach is 70 miles distance from the north of Miami connected to the Palm Beach by cross-sea Bridge. Palm Beach is viewed as America’s “Riviera” which has 47 miles long coastline, thousands of restaurants, see-view mansions, luxury hotels, over 200 museums, 170 golf courses, in the romantic European artistic feeling. As the ‘the city of culture in Florida’, West Palm Beach has been the first one vacation place over 100 years, where American rich people escape from the winter and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Atlantic Ocean. In addition, we will also see the Mar-a-Lago is a mansion owned by the United States President Donald Trump(Exterior view). Flagler Museum is built in 1902, and it was owned by the railroad tycoon,Henry Flagler. It was one of the most luxurious mansion ever built(Exterior view) , which is known as Whitehall with 55-room in Palm Beach. Spend time at the Worth Avenue(30 min) in Palm Beach, an upscale shopping district which was ranked as the one of the top 3 "Most Iconic" streets in America at 2013. Afternoon, guests will go to the north of Miami - Fort Lauderdale(45 min) “the city of boat in the world”. Then view the Venice of America’s ever-changing panorama of lush tropical foliage. There are homes of millions and luxury yachts now or formerly owned by Microsoft billionaires Paul Allen, Hollywood mogul Steven Spielberg, hot dog impresario Oscar Mayer, and H. Wayne Huizenga, the founder of Waste Management, AutoNation, Blockbuster Video, and onetime owner of the Marlins, The Dolphins, and the Florida Panthers. We will play at the Fort Lauderdale Beach, one of the top ten beaches in America.At dusk, it is the end of your journey, and we will send you to the airport.

7.Orlando area with tickets for theme park tickets (only in Orlando), child rates are 3-9 years old, and only for three or four people in a room, a adult and a child still need to pay for a double room in Total cost.
8.Children must be occupied when they are two years old (including two years old), and children under two years of age can be embraced by adults. If there is no seated child, there is no service charge.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.

If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
- 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
- 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).
5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.
6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.
11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.
12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.
13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.
14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.
