1.Guests shall arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance. No waiting for late arrivals with no refund. Please wait at the assigned area for guide pickup. Guests with pre-tour hotel booking may depart directly from the hotel.
2.Please reserve sufficient time for subsequent arrangements. The tour will end at the hotel lobby for guests with post-tour accommodation.

Then, you could proceed to Siena for sightseeing, a city centered around Piazza del Campo. The town hall stands in the square, while the magnificent Siena Cathedral nearby draws visitors around the globe. And Siena's historic center was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995. Our arrangement is to take the local train (selecting 2 villages to visit) to traverse between the settlements. Depart in the morning for Perugia, the capital of Umbria, a mountainous province in central Italy. Perugia is also a city steeped in the historical charm of the pre-Roman era. Strolling through its streets, you'll discover numerous well-preserved medieval and Renaissance buildings. Then, head to Assisi, the rose-colored holy city renowned for its cultural heritage and Saint Francis. Visit the Basilica of Saint Francis, whose very existence elevates Assisi to one of the world's four major Catholic pilgrimage sites. Stroll through Piazza del Comune, the heart of Assisi, where a Greek-style temple stands tall. Next, head to Orvieto, a medieval town perched on a cliff, surrounded by charming countryside. Within the town, cobblestone streets beneath ancient medieval buildings and small artisan shops all whisper tales of history. After sightseeing,we drive to Rome.

1、Single room for one guest; twin room priced per person for two guests. Max 2 adults per room, no triple room available.
2、Twin beds as standard; no extra bed. Queen bed not guaranteed. Extended stay hotels may differ from group hotels.
3、2 adults + 1 child (under 11): free triple room upgrade, child without bed with 10% discount. 2 adults + 2 children require 2 rooms.
4、Check-in: around 15:00; Check-out: around 10:00. Continental breakfast included (coffee/tea, juice, bread, jam).
5、European hotels with smaller rooms & simple amenities. Personal toiletries are required. Some hotels have no air conditioning due to local environmental regulations.

Pre & Post Tour Hotel
1、Extra 1-night hotel available before and after the tour. Local city tax to be paid on site. No room sharing service.
2、Early check-in is not allowed. Luggage storage available before 15:00 check-in.
3、Tour guide will transfer guests to post-tour hotel, and inform next-day transfer details.

Airport Transfer Terms
1、Group transfer only between airport and group hotel.
2、Please confirm correct name and roaming phone number.
3、Driver arrives 30 minutes after flight landing.
4、Notify customer service for flight changes. Fee non-refundable if adjustment fails.
5、Free waiting time: 90 minutes after arrival. Extra charge for additional pickup.
6、Drop-off arranged 4 hours before departure. Agency bears no liability for delay caused by traffic or force majeure.

3、Tips: €8 / £8 per person per day for local guide and driver. Extra transfer fee in cash for guests using complimentary airport pickup & drop-off (child same rate as adult).
4、Entrance tickets, island ferry tickets and optional extra activities. Pre-booking is recommended for popular attractions.
5、City entry tax & accommodation tax, to be paid in cash to tour guide on board (amount varies by route).
6、Personal expenses: lunch & dinner (excluding complimentary or pre-included meals), in-room drinks, phone, laundry, compensation for damages and other personal charges.
7、Travel insurance, passport and visa application fees.
8、Extra expenses caused by force majeure such as strike, traffic delay and other uncontrollable factors.
9、Mandatory fees stated in the itinerary must be paid upon booking or tour departure.
10、Any other expenses not listed in the inclusions.

Baggage Regulation
1、Limited luggage space on coach.Each passenger is allowed one checked baggage only (max 30kg, total linear dimensions within 158cm).Extra baggage may be refused by the driver. If space is available, an extra handling fee of €5 per baggage per day will be charged.

1.Changes of Lines
(1)If you need to change your line more than 10 days before departure, a change fee may be imposed at the company’s discretion and no guarantee will be offered for a successful change.
(2)We do not accept to change your line within 10 days before departure. 
(3)When the total fee for the new order is less than the original one, a change fee of 20% of the original fee will be charged.  
(4)When the total fee for the new order is more than the original one, a change fee of 15% of the original fee will be charged. 

2. Cancellation due to personal reasons, the tour expenses incurred shall be paid according to the following criteria:
(1) 19+ days before departure: both parties can make any adjustment to advance or postpone the departure without any deduction in fees;
(2) 11-18 days before departure: 60% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(3) 0-11 days before departure: 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
If the deduction under this policy is less than the actual costs, guests should pay according to the actual costs, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total tour fee.
(4) If guests decide to cancel the changed itinerary, the cancellation term should be based on the original departure date.

3.Refund Policy
(1) In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather, war, strikes, earthquakes), we will refund the unhappened expenses according to the travel agency agreement. However, fees for gift items will not be refunded.
(2) Since accommodation and transportation are bundled services, if some projects are missed due to your own reasons, they will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and you will not be refunded any fee from our company. We appreciate your understanding.
