1.Guests shall arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance. No waiting for late arrivals with no refund. Please wait at the assigned area for guide pickup. Guests with pre-tour hotel booking may depart directly from the hotel.
2.Please reserve sufficient time for subsequent arrangements. The tour will end at the hotel lobby for guests with post-tour accommodation.

Depart in the morning for a sightseeing tour of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark—the fairy-tale kingdom—evokes childhood memories. The Little Mermaid statue by the sea, inspired by Andersen's fairy tale The Little Mermaid, has become a renowned symbol of Denmark, especially after the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. The Royal Guard at Amalienborg Palace also features prominently in Andersen's tales. With a bit of luck, you might catch the ceremonial guard change! Explore the city's pedestrian streets, including the Andersen statue, City Hall Square, and Nyhavn. After lunch, we'll head north toward Stockholm, often called the Venice of the North. This day offers a special complimentary one-hour Stockholm Citywalk experience, led by a local guide to explore the city.
Depart in the morning for Stockholm. Located on Lake Mälaren, Stockholm is Sweden's capital, where old and new districts blend seamlessly. The old town boasts numerous historical sites, while the new city center presents a neat and orderly appearance. With lush green parks and rows of shops, it is hailed as the most beautifully landscaped city in Northern Europe. After lunch, begin the Stockholm city tour: the elegant City Hall, whose “Blue Hall” hosts the annual Nobel Prize award ceremonies. The most striking feature is the magnificent Golden Hall, adorned with 19 million pieces of gold-plated mosaic. Subsequently, visit the Old Parliament Building, the wreck of the 17th-century warship Vasa, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral. Accommodation: Stockholm or a nearby city

Day 4:  Lillehammer - Briksdal Glacier - Sogndal [Wed.]

Depart in the morning for Norway's Briksdal Glacier, the largest glacier on the European continent and part of the protected Jostedal Glacier National Park. This glacial giant spans 486 square kilometers, reaches a maximum depth of 400 meters, and rises to an elevation of 1,950 meters. Upon arrival, you may opt to take an electric sightseeing vehicle at your own expense. Along the way, you could enjoy views of lush green valleys, wildflowers blooming everywhere, crystal-clear streams, rushing rivers, and cascading waterfalls. The journey takes approximately half an hour to reach the electric sightseeing vehicle's terminal. After a short 10-minute walk from the stop, you can get up close to the Briksdal Glacier, which stretches up to 346 meters. In the afternoon, we will head south toward Gudvangen. Day 5:  Sogndal - Stegastein Lookout+Aurlandsfjellet - Sognefjord - Flam [Thu.]

Sognefjord

Depart in the morning for Gudvangen Terminal, take the ferry to the opposite shore, then drive to Flam. Tour members may opt to ride one of the world's most beautiful railways, exploring the Flam Railway. This exhilarating stretch of track draws travelers around the globe, offering gorgeous views of stunning fjords, waterfalls, and valleys. We then drive to the “optional activity” at Stegastein Viewpoint, where a platform extends out over the road, providing elevated vistas of the Aurland Fjord. The Aurlandsfjellet is the most pristine and spectacular branch of the Sognefjord, known as the “King of Fjords.” Here, towering peaks, lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and misty clouds blend with mountains, water, and ice to create a majestic landscape painting (Due to strict vehicle control measures in place for those heading to the viewpoint, whether arrangements can be made depends on the weather conditions and traffic flow on the day). After the tour, we will return to Flam for lunch on your own. In the afternoon, optionally join a sightseeing boat cruise into the Sognefjord to enjoy nature's breathtaking craftsmanship. As the world's longest and deepest fjord, Sognefjord boasts unparalleled natural wonders. Spend two enchanting hours cruising amidst these stunning vistas before returning to the hotel for dinner. Depart in the morning for Oslo, the capital of Norway, to visit the City Hall built to commemorate the city's 900th anniversary. Every December 10th (the anniversary of Nobel's death), the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded at the City Hall. Unlike the other four prizes presented in Stockholm, Sweden, the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony takes place in Oslo, Norway. The award is presented by the Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, with the King of Norway presiding. Next, we will visit the world-renowned Vigeland Park to admire the masterpieces of sculptor Vigeland, whose works often depict the diverse aspects of human life. After the tour, return to the hotel. Depart in the morning heading south toward Gothenburg, one of Sweden's major ports. Gothenburg's ice-free harbor operates year-round, serving as a key commercial gateway between Sweden and Western Europe, facing Denmark's northern tip across the water. The city's famous attractions—including the Poseidon statue, Gothenburg Fish Market, and Gothenburg Church—draw hundreds of thousands of domestic and international tourists annually. Then we will head toward Copenhagen in the evening.

Accommodation Policy
1、Single room for one guest; twin room priced per person for two guests. Max 2 adults per room, no triple room available.
2、Twin beds as standard; no extra bed. Queen bed not guaranteed. Extended stay hotels may differ from group hotels.
3、2 adults + 1 child (under 11): free triple room upgrade, child without bed with 10% discount. 2 adults + 2 children require 2 rooms.
4、Check-in: around 15:00; Check-out: around 10:00. Continental breakfast included (coffee/tea, juice, bread, jam).
5、European hotels with smaller rooms & simple amenities. Personal toiletries are required. Some hotels have no air conditioning due to local environmental regulations.

6、Personal expenses: lunch & dinner (excluding complimentary or pre-included meals), in-room drinks, phone, laundry, compensation for damages and other personal charges.
7、Travel insurance, passport and visa application fees.
8、Extra expenses caused by force majeure such as strike, traffic delay and other uncontrollable factors.
9、Mandatory fees stated in the itinerary must be paid upon booking or tour departure.

Baggage Regulation
1、Limited luggage space on coach.Each passenger is allowed one checked baggage only (max 30kg, total linear dimensions within 158cm).Extra baggage may be refused by the driver. If space is available, an extra handling fee of €5 per baggage per day will be charged.

1.Changes of Lines
(1)If you need to change your line more than 10 days before departure, a change fee may be imposed at the company’s discretion and no guarantee will be offered for a successful change.
(2)We do not accept to change your line within 10 days before departure. 
(3)When the total fee for the new order is less than the original one, a change fee of 20% of the original fee will be charged.  
(4)When the total fee for the new order is more than the original one, a change fee of 15% of the original fee will be charged. 

2. Cancellation due to personal reasons, the tour expenses incurred shall be paid according to the following criteria:
(1) 19+ days before departure: both parties can make any adjustment to advance or postpone the departure without any deduction in fees;
(2) 11-18 days before departure: 60% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(3) 0-11 days before departure: 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
If the deduction under this policy is less than the actual costs, guests should pay according to the actual costs, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total tour fee.
(4) If guests decide to cancel the changed itinerary, the cancellation term should be based on the original departure date.

3.Refund Policy
(1) In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather, war, strikes, earthquakes), we will refund the unhappened expenses according to the travel agency agreement. However, fees for gift items will not be refunded.
(2) Since accommodation and transportation are bundled services, if some projects are missed due to your own reasons, they will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and you will not be refunded any fee from our company. We appreciate your understanding.
