After breakfast, proceed to a maple syrup manor in Trois-Rivières. Quebec is Canada’s main producing region of authentic maple syrup. The sugar shack is where maple products are made and harvested during the maple season. Enjoy a traditional lunch at the manor (substituted to another restaurant if the manor is closed). Guests may have the chance to try complimentary fresh maple lollipops.

Continue to Quebec City – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Canada’s oldest city, and the only walled city in North America. Visit the 31st-floor observatory of Price Building, the tallest in the city, for panoramic views and overlook the historic battlefield of the French and British colonies. Explore the walled Old Town perched on a cliff, featuring ancient churches, abbeys, Battery Park, Château Frontenac, Citadelle of Quebec, and the Parliament Building, all showcasing strong French charm and colonial architecture.
