Today we will Climb to the highest peak in New England on the world's first mountain-climbing cog railway! It is combining 19th century innovation with 21st century eco-friendly biodiesel technology. It is also the only cog railway east of the White Mountains! During your trip you will travel over Jacob's Ladder, the second steepest trestle in the world with a 37.41% grade. The engines and coaches are designed and built at the Cog by its crew of talented machinists and craftsmen.
After the cog railway tour, we will go fruit picking, a fun activity for the whole family! you may pick the strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, apples, pumpkins and more in their harvest season.If the fruit picking farms not open on the travel day, we will go to Merrimack outlet instead.

White Mountain National Forest, NH:New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest is home to Polar Caves Park and the beautiful views of the Kancamagus Highway. Be sure to ride the Mount Washington Cog Railway, a train that uses special tracks to climb the mountain!
Mount Washington:The highest peak in the Northeastern U.S. at 6,288 ft or 1,917m, Mt. Washington is well-known for its dangerously unpredictable weather. The world's highest wind-speed of 231 miles per hour (372 km/h) was recorded atop the summit.
Mount Washington Cog Railway:The first railroad of its kind, the Mt Washington cog railway using a unique series of interlocking tracks. During the one-hour ride, tourists can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains and valleys.

A mandatory service fees: A total of $10.00/day per passenger. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40; Guests who enjoy the free pick-up and drop-off machine will be charged a tip of $10/time per person;

Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
