Day 1: San Diego City Tour Trip: San Diego, Port of San Diego, USS Midway, Balboa Park, San Diego Oldtown San Diego Harbor Cruise Boat Tour (60 minutes)- See the beautiful San Diego Harbor and all the naval vessels that call it home, ranging from aircraft carriers, corvettes to medical vessels. There is also the Unconditional Surrender Statue that brings the most famous kiss of WWII back to life. USS Midway (90minutes)- The once largest aircraft carrier in the world is now a museum that opens to the public. Board the longest serving naval vessel in the U.S., which had seen action from Vietnam War to Operation Desert Storm. You will be able to take an in depth look of the hanger and the flight deck, along with all the different military planes that park on it. Balboa Park (45 minutes)- With its many beautiful museums and park space, Balboa Park is the oldest public recreational space in the U.S. Dated as early as 1835, Spanish style buildings populate the area and provide you a romantic setting for some great photos. It is also one of the many historical landmark in San Diego. Old Town San Diego (1 hour)- This State Historic Park pays tribute to the cultural influences that make California so special. From the Spanish, Native Americans and Mexicans, Old Town Sand Diego peresents the history and the life style of the different race and class that founded San Diego and provides you a glimpse into the past. Take in the view of the old mission and restaurants as you walk by all the stores that is still being maintain as they were all those years ago.
